Runyon's Metal Mouthpieces are plated with chromium which is the second hardest of all metallic elements. This chromium plating makes the mouthpieces smooth and durable, as well as less susceptible to scratching and disfigurement. Spoilers are placed inside Runyon Mouthpieces to increase volume and give an instant wicked, raunchy rock sound. Spoilers are small metal reeds that increase the loudness of the instrument, yet maintain its overall tone, with the same amount of breath. Available in facings #4 through #12.
