If your order is $0 to $24.99, you pay $24.95

All shipping costs will calculate automatically at the checkout. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable. Please make sure you have entered your shipping address correctly and completely. If the order has to be re-sent due to the incorrect street name, suite or apartment number, city name or zip code, we will charge $10 processing fee. There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hrs of the order if the product is in stock at the time the order is received at the warehouse. Delivery time within the United States for 1st Class Mail shipments is usually 3-7 business days, Priority Mail shipments - 2-3 business days, and Express Mail shipments - 1-2 business days, depending on destination. Please note that these times are approximate and the USPS does NOT guarantee delivery times for 1st class or Priority mail shipments, and we can not be held responsible for shipments not delivered in the expected time frame.

International shipping rates and times depend on the destination -- please send an e-mail inquiry to 1stopinfo@usa.com. Any customs, taxes, brokerage fees or import duties are buyer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or other authorities. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and the buyers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY: Purchased items can be returned within 30 days for exchange or full refund (less shipping charges). Due to the health and sanitary reasons, opened mouthpieces and reeds can not be returned or exchanged. All returned items must be in resalable condition, with all packaging materials and accessories intact. If the returned item is damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or assess a restocking fee, at our discretion. All claims for the damaged, defective or incomplete shipments must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

BACKORDERED ITEMS: If your order is shipped incomplete, we will make every attempt to ship backordered items to you as soon as possible. There will be no extra shipping charge for additional shipments. If we cannot supply the backordered items within 30 days, they will be automatically cancelled and credited to your account.
